• IWL Open House ~ Wednesday September 6, 2017  1:00-2:15 pm > Campus is invited to stop by IWL for refreshments and to learn more about IWL’s activities and plans.   
• Staff/Faculty Lean In Circle ~ Monday September 11, 2017  1:30-2:15 pm > Monthly gathering for learning, connection, and motivation with female staff and faculty in a supportive, open environment.  
• Student Lean In Circle ~ Wednesday September 13, 2017  1:30-2:15 pm > First monthly Women of Nichols Lean In Circle of the semester, offering motivation, learning, support and connections with other female students in a supportive, open environment. Lean in Circles are held worldwide with women of all ages. 
• First-Year Students Dinner ~ Tuesday September 19, 2017  5:00-7:00 pm > The IWL Student Advisory Panel will host a get-to-know-you catered dinner for all female first-year students. 
• Awareness Event ~ Monday September 25, 2017 1:30-2:15 pm
  Highlighting the wage gap and demand equal pay for equal work for Native Pacific Women.

• Student Lean In Circle ~ Wednesday October 4, 2017  1:30-2:15 pm > Monthly gathering for learning, support, and connection with other female students.  
• IWL Student Advisory Panel Dinner ~ Wednesday, October 4, 2017   4:30-6:00 pm  > Introductory dinner for the 2017-2018 panel, and to plan for the year ahead. 
• Conversation Project Lunch ~ Tuesday October 17, 2017  1:30-2:15 pm  > Guest: Jennifer Kushell, author and founder of YSN, Your Success Now. Made possible by a collaboration with the Fischer Institute 
• Conversation Project Dinner ~Wednesday October 18, 2017  5:00-7:00 pm > Guest: Social Worker providing court ordered treatment & Manager in Court System  
• College Connection Mentoring Program/Part I ~ Thursday October 26, 2017 8:30-2:00 pm  > Volunteer Nichols students spent the day mentoring a group of high school juniors on: visioning their future, networking, and assertive communication.   
• Student Lean In Circle ~ Wednesday November 1, 2017  1:30-2:15 pm > Monthly gathering for learning, support, and connection with other female students.

• Conversation Project Dinner ~ Tuesday November 7, 2017 5:00-7:00 pm > Guest: Guest: Elaine DeCiutiis ’02 MBA’04, risen to a high level in Corporate Finance at General Dynamics Electric Boat, a multi-billion-dollar contractor of the Department of Defense. Current outreach director of the New England Shoreline Chapter of Women In Defense.
• Film: Taking Root: The Vision of Wangari Matthai ~ Wednesday November 8, 2017  4:30-7:00 pm > This film is the story of Nobel Peace Prize Winner Laureate Wangari Matthai who began a national movement for safeguarding the environment, human rights, and democracy by planting trees.   
• Conversation Project Dinner ~ Monday November 13, 2017  5:00-7:00 pm > Guest: International Business guest from Santander Bank

• Massachusetts Conference for Women in Boston ~ Wednesday December 6, 2017  (6:45am departure, return to Nichols at 7:00pm) > A small group will represent Nichols College at the largest women’s conference in the country.   
• Student Lean In Circle ~ Thursday December 7, 2017  1:30-2:15 pm > Monthly gathering for learning, support, and connection with other female students.
