Jen has spent the last 25 years acquiring, developing and retaining top talent. She is an entrepreneurial leader building global teams to deliver customer value for growth, retention and scalability.  

Jenn earned her BSBA from Westfield State University and her M.S. in Human Resources from Lesley University.  

Denise Hall 
Retired SVP, Webster Bank Treasure Sales Manager 

Denise is a retired financial professional, most recently employed as an SVP at Webster Bank. Denise has over thirty-five years of experience in securities, banking, and municipal finance. Career highlights include establishing investment and derivative departments, a municipal bond dealership and testifying before Congress on the impact of Dodd-Frank regulations. Denise received a B.A. from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. 

Denise has a long career in public service. She is currently on the Board of Finance in East Lyme, she served as the Republican Minority Leader on the West Hartford Town Council from 2009 – to 2017. She previously served on the Town’s Risk Management Advisory Board, Investment Advisory Committee, and Treasurer of the Veterans Memorial Committee.    

Denise also served as President of the Board of Trustees of Mercy Housing and Shelter and Board member of Fellowship Housing, a founding board member of the  Institute for Women’s Leadership at Nichols College, and the UCONN CLAS Dean’s Advisory Board.
